Trade Unions and Industrial Bodies have issued government serious warning of staging citywide demonstration against continuous gas load shedding in the industrial areas in city, Geo News reported Thursday.
All the textile units have remained shut on Thursday for the third consecutive day owing to suspension of gas supply to the industrial areas in Faisalabad.
Earlier, the Pakistan Industrial and Traders Associations Front (PIAF) on Wednesday voiced its full support to the protest call given by the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) and other associations against prolonged gas load shedding.
